Restaurant operating system · built for Bangladesh

Fewer mistakes, faster tables, real numbers at close.

Diners order from their phone, the kitchen sees it instantly, and you finally know what's happening on the floor.

Demo opens at Table 1 — no signup, no setup.

How a Friday night runs on Poribeshon

Three things change. The rest of your kitchen stays the same.

  1. QR scan

Diner opens the menu on their phone.

  2. Order placed

Picks items, pays cash or bKash.

  3. Kitchen cooks

Ticket lands instantly on the KDS.

  4. Bill at end

Waiter brings it. Numbers add up.

What's in the box

Everything you need for dine-in service. Nothing you don't.

Bilingual menu

Bengali or English — the diner picks per visit. Your menu items support both scripts.

Real-time kitchen display

Tickets appear instantly with modifiers, allergens, table number, and elapsed time per order.

Thermal printer ready

Works with the ESC/POS printers you already have. Star, Epson, and the BD-market clones.

Manual bKash + cash

Diner enters the TXID, order goes to the kitchen, you verify in parallel. No gateway fees.

Call-waiter pings

Diner taps once on their phone. The ping routes to the waiter assigned to their section — not all waiters.

Floor plan with sections

Drag tables to draw your room. Assign waiters per section at shift start. Walk-ins enter through staff tablets.

Real screens, not mockups

Every surface, talking to the same database.

Below is the actual app — the menu the diner sees, the kitchen's ticket board, the waiter's floor view, and the manager's numbers. All live, all in sync.

Diner's view — QR menu on their own phone.
Kitchen sees every ticket as it lands.
Waiter knows who's sitting where.
Manager runs the floor and the numbers.

Pilot program · Dhaka 2026

Three months free. Honest feedback in exchange.

You don't pay anything during the pilot. We set it up with you in the room, build your menu together, train one manager and one waiter, and fix what breaks. The only thing we ask: permission to mention you as one of our first restaurants when we launch publicly.

Restaurant owners ask

Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Poribeshon runs on the phones, tablets, and laptops you already have. A thermal printer for kitchen tickets is optional and you can add one later. The QR stickers are the only thing you'll print — we send them in the post.
What if my staff don't read English?
The whole staff app is in Bengali — kitchen display, waiter app, manager dashboard. You pick per device. Diners pick their own language on the menu.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Full CSV export of every order, every customer, every menu item — any time, free, no questions asked. Your data is yours.
Do I need internet at every table?
Diners use their own phone data. Staff devices work offline — the app caches the active orders and menu, and syncs the moment the network is back. A short Wi-Fi outage doesn't stop service.
How long does setup take?
Half a day on site with you. We build the menu in the room with the manager, print and stick the QRs, train one manager and one waiter, and stay for the first dinner service.
